Do you ship outside of the United States? Currently, Oliver’s Card House ships exclusively within the United States. This allows us to maintain our commitment to Free Shipping and ensure the fastest possible transit times for our domestic collectors.
How long will it take to receive my order? Our standard processing time (Handling) is 1–3 business days. Once shipped, transit typically takes 3–5 business days. You can expect your hobby boxes to arrive within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase.
How do you ensure my items aren’t damaged during shipping? Condition is everything. We use heavy-duty, double-walled boxes and premium packing materials (bubble wrap and void fill) to ensure your factory-sealed products arrive with sharp corners and intact shrink-wrap.
Are your booster boxes factory sealed? Yes. Every booster box, elite trainer box, and hobby box sold at Oliver’s Card House is 100% factory sealed and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We do not sell “unsealed” or “searched” products.
How can I be sure the cards are authentic? Authenticity is our foundation. Our curation team in Batesville, AR, inspects every shipment of inventory for tamper-evident seals and correct manufacturer branding before it is listed on our site.
Do you buy or trade individual cards (Singles)? At this time, we specialize exclusively in sealed hobby products to ensure the highest level of security and provenance for our customers. We do not currently buy or trade individual cards from the public.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted gateways.

Can I cancel my order before it ships? If you need to cancel an order, please email us at Support@oliverscardhouse.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage and a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be canceled.
