Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value hobby boxes to ensure secure, hand-to-hand delivery.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@oliverscardhouse.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
